Due to the flexible nature of the steel and how it’s manufactured, customization can occur at any time. If you decide to make changes we’re happy to accommodate you. At this point there may be an impact on the price. It’s entirely up to you. We’re here to advise and deliver the steel frames to build your dream home. We partner with you to create a home you dearly love.
PARTNER
As well as supplying your precision cut, quality steel frames, we also partner with you as you bring your dream home to life. We offer a range of services to assist with the design and construction of your steel frame home.
Drafting for Design Excellence
We work in house to prepare your engineering diagrams and certified footing details. You can also choose from existing plans.
Our drafting service generates full working drawings for building approval purposes which includes an energy assessment, engineer structural certification and certified approval.

We understand the approvals and numerous levels of paperwork required to build. We know exactly what the relevant authorities need so we can help. We advise on who can conduct soil surveys etc.

Once you’re settled on the design, we get started on the frames and trusses. We use high quality steel which can be modified to suit giving you the ultimate in design flexibility. Accuracy and precision is assured. Our experience means we understand the timeline of your project so your steel frames arrive on site when you’re ready for them.

You may choose to build elements of the house and bring in contractors for different stages. We’re on hand to advice and suggest reputable trades. We work closely with you and your trades to build the way that works best for you.
